1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User") and br3jogos (the "Platform", "we"). Using the platform in any capacity — including browsing, registration, deposits, betting, or participating in promotions — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these conditions.

Br3jogos reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 7 (seven) days in advance via a notice on the platform and by email to the registered address. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes acceptance of the changes.

This document should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the specific rules of each promotion available on the Welcome Bonus. In the event of a conflict between these terms and the specific rules of any promotion, the provisions of this document shall prevail, unless expressly stated otherwise.

2Eligibility and Registration

To create a br3jogos account and access the available services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years at the time of registration;
• Be a resident of Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF registered and active with the Brazilian Federal Revenue Service (Receita Federal);
• Not having been previously banned or suspended from the platform;
• Not be an employee, contractor, business partner, or immediate family member of a br3jogos employee;
• Act on your own behalf — creating accounts for or on behalf of third parties is strictly prohibited.

Each individual may hold only a single account active on br3jogos. Creating duplicate accounts, whether using the same CPF or different documents, is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate cancellation of all accounts involved, with any pending balances frozen pending verification.

By registering, you confirm that all information provided is accurate, complete, and up to date. br3jogos is not liable for losses arising from incorrect information submitted during registration.

3Identity Verification (KYC)

Br3jogos follows identity verification procedures (Know Your Customer — KYC) in compliance with Brazilian anti-money laundering legislation and the regulatory requirements of the betting industry.

Required Documents

To complete verification, the user must submit, when requested:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or Brazilian passport), front and back;
• Selfie holding the document next to your face;
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 (ninety) days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (where applicable).

Timeframe and impact on withdrawals

The initial verification is processed within 24 (twenty-four) business hours. Once approved, withdrawals are released without the need for re-verification, except in cases of updated registration details or suspected irregular activity. The first withdrawal from an unverified user will be held until the KYC process is complete.

Br3jogos may request additional documentation at any time, particularly for withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 or in situations requiring proof of income source.

4Deposits and Payments

Br3jogos accepts payments exclusively in BRL (R$). All transactions are processed in the local currency, with no currency conversion or foreign exchange fees.

Accepted deposit methods

• Pix (credited in up to 30 seconds);
• Bank slip (boleto bancário) — funds credited within 1 business day after payment;
• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Elo, Hipercard);
• Debit card;
• PicPay;
• Mercado Pago;

The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 (twenty BRL). There is no fixed maximum per deposit, but the platform may apply daily or weekly limits based on the responsible gaming settings configured by the user or at the discretion of the compliance team.

5Withdrawals

Br3jogos processes withdrawals only to bank accounts and Pix keys held by the same person registered on the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted, regardless of family relationship.

Timeframes

• Pix: processed in up to 30 seconds for users who have completed KYC verification;
• TED (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil): processed within 1 business day;
• First withdrawal: may take up to 24 hours while identity verification is completed.

The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00 (thirty BRL). br3jogos charges no fee on Pix withdrawals. For bank transfers, the destination bank may charge a fee, which is outside the platform's control.

Bonus balance

Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly. Only the amount exceeding the rollover requirement of the applicable promotion is converted into real balance and released for withdrawal. Please check the specific conditions for each bonus on the promotions page.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Br3jogos offers bonuses and promotions on a regular basis, including a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 1,000.00 (one thousand BRL). Participation in any promotion is subject to the specific rules published on each offer's page, as well as the general conditions described in this section.

General bonus rules

• Bonuses are valid exclusively for holders of a verified br3jogos account;
• Each bonus may be redeemed only once per user, CPF, email address, phone number, IP address, and device;
• Bonuses have an expiration date — typically 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of credit. Unused bonus balances that expire within this period are cancelled without reimbursement;
• The standard br3jogos rollover is 5x (five times) the bonus amount received. Bets on blackjack and other games with an RTP above 98% contribute 10% to 20% of the wagered amount toward meeting the rollover;
• Cancelled bets, bets on events with odds below 1.50, and bets placed on both sides of the same event do not count toward the rollover requirement;
• Br3jogos reserves the right to cancel bonuses if abuse or violation of these rules is suspected.

7Sports Betting

Br3jogos offers betting on more than 30 sports, with highlights including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, World Cup), volleyball (men's and women's Superliga), MMA and UFC, basketball (NBB, NBA), and e-sports. Bets are accepted in both pre-match and live formats.

General betting rules

• The minimum bet per market is R$ 2.00 (two BRL);
• The maximum bet per market varies depending on the sport, event, and bet type, and may be adjusted by the platform without prior notice;
• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or changed by the user, except when br3jogos offers a cash-out feature;
• Bets placed on events that are cancelled, postponed by more than 24 hours, or concluded without an official result will be voided and the staked amounts returned to the user's balance;
• In multiple (parlay) bets, the voiding of a selection results in the final odds being recalculated without that selection;
• Br3jogos may limit or refuse bets from users with a history of exploiting odds errors or engaging in systematic arbitrage behavior.

Odds Errors

In the event of a manifest error in odds publication — such as odds significantly higher than the global market for the same event — br3jogos reserves the right to cancel bets placed at the incorrect odds, notifying the user immediately by email and returning the amounts to their available balance.

8Casino Games

The br3jogos casino catalog includes slots, crash games (Aviator, JetX, Spaceman), live blackjack, live roulette, and other table games. All games are provided by certified operators audited by independent entities.

Provably Fair

The crash games available on br3jogos use Provably Fair technology, allowing any user to independently verify the randomness of each round through a public cryptographic hash generated before each round.

Maintenance and availability

Br3jogos does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of casino games. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. In the event of a technical interruption during an active round, the round outcome will be determined based on server data at the time of the interruption. Bets placed in rounds that were incomplete due to a confirmed technical failure will be refunded.

Casino betting limits

9Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limit: set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap. The system automatically blocks further activity once the limit is reached;
• Loss limit: set the maximum amount you're willing to lose per period;
• Session time alerts: receive notifications about how long you've been playing;
• Temporary self-exclusion: pause your account for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days;
• Permanent self-exclusion: permanently close your account. This action is irreversible.

10Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on br3jogos and will subject the offender to immediate account cancellation, balance blocking, and, where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (duplicate accounts);
• Providing false, incomplete, or third-party information during registration or identity verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any tool that simulates human behavior to place bets or interact with the platform;
• Deliberately and systematically exploiting bugs, system errors, or incorrect odds;
• Placing arbitrage bets with the intent of guaranteeing profit regardless of the outcome, using platform bonuses;
• Placing combined bets across different accounts on the same event (match betting through collusion);
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit activity through the platform;
• Sharing account credentials with third parties or allowing another person to operate your account;
• Using credit cards or bank accounts belonging to third parties to make deposits or withdrawals.

Br3jogos continuously monitors user activity to detect suspicious behavior. The platform may preventively suspend an account for investigation without prior notice when there are indications of a violation of these rules.

11Account Closure and Suspension

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time via live chat or support email. Before closure, any open bets will be settled as normal and the available real balance will be returned via Pix to the registered key.

Br3jogos may unilaterally suspend or close an account, with or without prior notice, in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or unlawful use of the platform;
• Self-exclusion request submitted by the user;
• Court order or directive from a competent regulatory authority;
• Prolonged account inactivity for a period exceeding 24 (twenty-four) months.

In cases of account closure due to rule violations, br3jogos may retain any bonus balance and winnings derived from bets placed in breach of these conditions. Any real balance deposited by the user (not originating from bonuses) will be returned upon completion of the internal review, within a period of up to 30 (thirty) business days.

12Limitation of Liability

Br3jogos is not responsible for financial losses resulting from bets and games placed on the platform. Sports Betting and casino games have unpredictable outcomes and carry real financial risk. Only bet amounts you can afford to lose without affecting your livelihood or your family's.

The platform is not liable for:

• User-side internet connection failures that result in incomplete bets or interrupted sessions;
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account due to failure to safeguard login credentials;
• Betting decisions made by the user based on information from third parties, external analysis platforms, or so-called "guaranteed systems";
• Withdrawal delays caused by outages in banking systems or the Central Bank of Brazil;
• Losses caused by force majeure events, such as nationwide systemic outages, natural disasters, or large-scale cyberattacks.

Under no circumstances shall br3jogos's total liability to any individual user exceed the amount deposited by that user on the platform in the 12 (twelve) months preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.

13Changes to These Terms

Br3jogos may update these Terms and Conditions at any time to reflect changes in Brazilian law, betting industry regulations, our internal policies, or new platform features.

Changes will be communicated via:

• A prominent notice on the br3jogos homepage indicating the effective date of the new conditions;
• Email sent to the address registered by the user, with a minimum of 7 (seven) days' notice before the changes take effect.

Using the platform after the effective date of the new conditions constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you disagree with the new conditions, you must close your account before the effective date and request withdrawal of your available balance.

14Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law 13,709/2018 — LGPD), and the federal legislation applicable to Sports Betting and online gaming.

The courts of the district of São Paulo/SP are hereby elected as the exclusive jurisdiction for resolving any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions, with express waiver of any other forum, however privileged it may be.
